Cancellation Policy
Full refund up to 15 days before the reservation date.
CANCELLATIONS DUE TO BAD WEATHER
In case of cancellation due to bad weather forecasts, the client and/or the rental company may choose from the following options:
- In case of adverse weather conditions, the client and/or the lessor may change the rental date, provided that there is availability of a vessel on the newly selected date.
- In the event of adverse weather conditions, the rental reservation for the vessel may be canceled or annulled, provided that 2 of the following conditions are simultaneously met:
- Wave height: wave height exceeding 1 meter.
- Wind Speed: wind over 20 knots.
- Precipitation: heavy rain for more than 2 hours of the total duration of the sailing day.
The WINDGURU application will be used as a reference to check the weather for the day.
Due to adverse weather conditions, a full-day reservation (Day charter) can only be canceled.
